For the next release on Slam City Jams, Rhode & Brown teamed up with Permanent Vacation head honcho Benjamin Fröhlich for their „Days Of Innocence“ EP. As the title suggests, the trio dives deep into the realms of early 90s house music, a time when the genre was still in its infancy.

First up we have the "Club Mix", which actually needs no further explanation: With heavy 909s, classic M1 organs, deep pads and euphoric stuttering vocal shots, this tune is strongly reminiscent of early prog- house records. The „Dream Mix" on the other hand takes the same elements and strips them down to a deeper yet groovy vibe, influenced by Andrew Weatherhall's 1993 "Massive Mellow Mix“. Finally the EP is rounded off with the "Nature Mix". A smooth beatless version of the track that captures the mood of the morning after the party.
